The practical case

Why businesses work with an AWS partner

Not because AWS is powerful. Because the next architecture, spend, security, or migration decision is hard to reverse once it is in production.

Architecture gets harder as systems grow

Account sprawl, shared networking, and one-off services pile up. Decisions that were fine at launch become expensive to unwind later.

Cloud spend is hard to see clearly

The invoice arrives; ownership of each line item often does not. Waste hides in idle capacity, data transfer, and services nobody remembers turning on.

Security and compliance need ongoing attention

Access, logging, and evidence collection are not a one-time project. Gaps show up during audits, incidents, or a new workload that handles regulated data.

Migration needs a plan and an execution team

Lift-and-shift without a target architecture is how bills rise after cutover. Sequencing, dependencies, and a rollback path matter as much as the move itself.

AI workloads need architecture and controls

A working demo is not a production system. Data access, cost ceilings, evals, and write boundaries decide whether the workload survives real traffic.

Internal teams often need extra AWS capacity

A small platform group cannot cover architecture, FinOps, security, and delivery at once. Extra hands should leave IaC and runbooks with the team that stays.

AWS expertise that fits where you are

Same partner. Different first conversation, depending on whether you are moving, already live, or exploring AI.

How we work

How we approach AWS engagements

A readable sequence — not a generic cloud architecture diagram. Scope stays locked until the next agreed step.

  • Understand

Assess the current environment and the business goals that should drive architecture choices.

  • Recommend

Identify the highest-value opportunities and define the target approach before a statement of work expands.

  • Build

Implement the agreed architecture, integrations, and engineering changes in accounts you own.

  • Validate

Test security, reliability, performance, and operational readiness against the metrics agreed at the start.

  • Improve

Continue optimizing as the workload, the bill, and the team evolve — with IaC and runbooks left behind.

Why FactualMinds

Credentials you can check, work you can read

The company story lives on About Us. This is the partnership case: listed status, certified people, and published AWS outcomes — not agent case studies.

  • AWS Select Tier Services Partner

Select Tier is an official AWS Services Partner designation based on certified people and launched customer opportunities. It is publicly listed. It is validation, not endorsement.

  • 50+ AWS certifications on staff

Active certifications across Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, Security, Machine Learning, Database, Data Analytics, Networking, and SysOps — not a single shared badge.

  • Verified AWS Marketplace seller

Procurement teams can review the seller profile on AWS Marketplace without taking our word for the relationship.

  • Outcome-oriented AWS work

Engagements start with the business problem — spend, risk, delivery speed, or a workload that is not production-ready — then the architecture that supports it.

  • Security and cost awareness through delivery

Access controls, monitoring, and spend ownership are part of the build, not a slide at the end. We help from architecture through implementation.

Specializations we are pursuing

These are areas of delivery expertise. FactualMinds does not currently hold AWS Competency designations in these programs. Until AWS grants them, we write “specialization in,” never “AWS [X] Competency.”

Cloud security

WAF, Security Hub, GuardDuty, IAM, and compliance work for regulated workloads. Specialization — not an AWS Competency.

DevOps

CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and Well-Architected reviews. Specialization — not an AWS Competency.

Generative AI

Bedrock, SageMaker, RAG pipelines, and Guardrails. Specialization — not an AWS Competency.

Agentic AI

Specialization in agentic AI consulting. We are pursuing the Consulting Services category — we do not hold an Agentic AI Competency.

Partnership questions

Frequently asked questions

How to verify the designation, how we work with your team, and how an engagement starts. Service-by-service FAQs live on the services hub.

What does AWS Select Tier mean?
AWS Select Tier is the first official Services Partner tier. It requires trained and certified people, plus launched customer opportunities recorded with AWS. Select Tier partners are listed in the AWS Partner Solutions Finder. It is validation of those requirements — not an AWS endorsement, and not the same bar as Advanced or Premier (which add public customer references and satisfaction responses).
How do I verify FactualMinds is an AWS partner?
Open the FactualMinds listing on the AWS Partner Solutions Finder, and the AWS Marketplace seller profile. Both are public and maintained independently of this website.
Can FactualMinds list services on AWS Marketplace?
Yes. FactualMinds is a verified AWS Marketplace seller. Buyers can review the seller profile and procure listed offers through Marketplace where that path fits their purchasing process.
Does FactualMinds work with existing AWS teams?
That is the default. We embed alongside the people who will run the environment, in accounts you own, with infrastructure as code and runbooks that stay with you. Dedicated-expert and managed-services paths exist when you want capacity rather than a handoff.
How does an AWS engagement usually begin?
With a conversation about the current problem — spend, risk, a migration, or a workload that is not ready for production. We assess the environment and the goal, then recommend a fixed-scope next step. You do not need a prepared architecture deck to start.
What AWS work does FactualMinds take on?
Architecture, migration, security, cost optimization, DevOps, generative AI, data platforms, and managed operations. The services catalog has the delivery detail; this page is the partnership and trust overview.
